Job Responsibility

Provide administrative support to sales teams.
Actively respond to emails and phone calls on related sales enquiries.
Assist sale team in preparing quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice and delivery order.
Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well coordinated.
Attend customer enquiry related to products and maintain good customer service.
Maintain a good appearance and attitude when communicating with customers.
Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
Required language: Mandarin , English and BM
Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.

Account Executive cum HR

Job description

-To lead and monitor the Accounts and Finance daily activities and transaction are maintained, updated & ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies and procedures
-To maintain financial accounting systems for cash flow management, accounts payable, account receivable and general ledger
-To ensure all the relevant statutory and accounting report are accurately completed and submitted in time
-To prepare yearly audit income tax report and financial audit report; to ensure all supporting information are ready
-To manage budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with Managing Director
-To Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers and other external parties.

-To Perform Human Resources related duties and update the knowledge and amendments of labour legislation.
-To perform other duties that has been assign from time to time

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/LCCI/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Good command of both written and spoken in Mandarin, English & BM.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Payroll and Admin
Familiar with computerized accounting system.

Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Mechanical Technician:
Job Scope

- Go to the site to inspect, repair and maintain Machine
- Diagnose Wiring, Engine, Hydraulic system
- Arrange to loading/unloading the machine to lorry, send to customer site and training to customer
- Machine return to the company for cleaning and maintenance work

Working time Monday to Saturday 8.30am-5.00pm
Location : Jalan Durian Daun, Melaka

SPM cert, class D driving license

Hardworking, positive, responsible, serious work, able to solve problems patiently, can work night shifts, work on Sundays, and integrate into team work.
